About Connie
My 13-year journey in real estate has been built on a foundation of exceptional client service and understanding what truly matters to the people I work with. What sets me apart is my diverse background in client-focused industries that taught me how to listen, anticipate needs, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
I began my career in financial services at Scotiabank, where I learned the importance of trust and precision in helping clients achieve their goals. This led to a role as a personal assistant to a company president in Toronto, where I mastered the art of managing complex situations while keeping clients’ priorities at the forefront.
My entrepreneurial spirit then flourished as I founded and operated a successful cleaning company serving real estate offices and high-end private homes. Later, my husband and I built Divine Cuisine catering company, which we grew and eventually merged with A & L Catering. These ventures reinforced my belief that success comes from truly understanding what clients want and consistently delivering beyond what they expect.
When I transitioned into real estate, I brought this client-first philosophy with me. From my early days with Coldwell Banker in Mississauga’s City Centre to my successful years with Zolo Realty, I’ve always focused on making each client feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their real estate journey.
My commitment to client excellence led me to pursue my broker’s license, and now at Sutton Group Incentive Realty Inc., I’m excited to combine my experience with fresh perspectives as part of The Quintessential Team alongside my son Andrew.

My journey to real estate has been shaped by a foundation of problem-solving, attention to detail, and client service excellence. With a Computer Science degree and three years of professional experience as a Security/Mitigation Specialist at Wells Fargo, I developed strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to protect what matters most to people.
After transitioning into specialized technical work, I completed an 11-month pre-apprenticeship in Structured Cabling and Electrical, then spent four years as a Security Installation & Fiber Optics Specialist at Cote Gold Mine in Gogama. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of precision, thorough planning, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly – skills that translate perfectly to real estate transactions.
Working in remote, high-stakes environments where reliability and clear communication were essential has prepared me to guide clients through one of life’s most significant decisions. I understand that buying or selling a home requires the same level of careful planning, attention to detail, and commitment to getting it right the first time.
