I recently did a transaction with Connie, I have not met her before. She helped her buyers purchase a listing I had. After all was done I couldn't help but thank her for being the professional realtor that she is. In this industry we work with all types of personalities and professionalism. Connie communicated very well, she followed up when she said she would and I could see she was always working in her buyers best interest. For this reason my sellers were comfortable in accepting the buyers conditional offer which led to the sale of their house. All parties are extremely happy which is always FANTASTIC.
